COVID-19 RESPONSE

Wireless Bay Cottages is pleased to be open for the 2020 season and has taken a number of measures to protect our guests and staff during the Covid-19 pandemic.

All surfaces, including high-touch surfaces like door handles and light switches are, as usual thoroughly cleaned. In addition all surfaces are disinfected with an anti-virucidal agent (Vert-2-Go / Saber).  All linens are washed with a pre-rinse bleach cycle and are dried for 40 minutes at high heat.  

 Unfortunately, maid-service for multi-night stays has been discontinued until further notice. We are however, happy to collect any used linens and supply fresh linens to your door upon request. Please contact Reception. 

 Our phone lines have been extremely busy so we encourage you to book online, if at all possible.  Due to the extreme volume of calls, it may take up to 24 hours for your phone call or email inquiry to be returned.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  

 We have implemented a self-checkin process for this season to minimize traffic into our reception area.  On the day of travel you will receive a text message and email when our room is ready with instructions on how to find and enter your room.  

 Guests are encouraged to wash their hands frequently and maintain physical distancing.  Guests are also encouraged to wear masks.  

 If you or any of your party are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms prior to travel we ask that you opt to stay home.  Contact us and we will arrange to cancel your booking.

 If you experience symptoms during your stay please notify our reception immediately.
